ATTENTION: For All Class Members, the deadline for you to file claims for the State Street, JPMorgan, UniCredit, and Natixis settlements has been extended to March 25, 2024. For all Class Members who did not receive a Notice Packet before the amended January 22, 2024 opt-out and objection deadline, the deadline for you to opt out or object to the settlements with State Street, JPMorgan, UniCredit, and/or Natixis has been extended to March 22, 2024. The Settlement Hearing has been rescheduled to April 19, 2024.

Your legal rights are affected even if you do nothing. Please read the Notice carefully.

If you entered into a European Government Bond Transaction from January 1, 2005 through and including December 31, 2016 (“Class Period”), your rights may be affected by pending class action settlements and you may be entitled to a portion of the settlement fund.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THESE SETTLEMENTS
DO NOTHING You are automatically part of the Settlement Class if you fit the Settlement Class description. However, if you do not timely submit a valid Claim Form, you will not receive any payment from the Net Settlement Fund. You will be bound by past and any future Court rulings, including rulings on the Settlements, if approved, and Releases, but will not be eligible to receive any payment from the Net Settlement Fund. See question 17 of the Notice.
SUBMIT A CLAIM FORM You may be eligible to share in the Net Settlement Fund if you submit a valid Claim Form by no later than
March 25, 2024. If you submit a Claim Form, you will remain in the Settlement Class if you are a Settlement Class Member. You will be bound by past and any future Court rulings, including rulings on the Settlements, if approved, and Releases. See question 11 of the Notice.
EXCLUDE YOURSELF FROM THE SETTLEMENTS If you wish to exclude yourself from the Settlement(s), you must submit a written request so that it is received by
March 22, 2024. If you exclude yourself, you will not be bound by the Settlement(s), if approved, or settlement release(s), and you will not be eligible for any payment from the Net Settlement Fund. See questions 18 through 22 of the Notice.
OBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENTS If you wish to object to the Settlement(s), you must file a written objection with the Court by March 22, 2024, and serve copies on Co-Lead Counsel, JPMorgan’s Counsel, and State Street’s Counsel. You must be and remain within the Settlement Class in order to object. See questions 23 and 24 of the Notice.
GO TO THE SETTLEMENT HEARING You may ask the Court for permission to speak at the Settlement Hearing about the Settlements by including such a request in your written objection, which you must file with the Court and serve copies on Co-Lead Counsel, JPMorgan’s Counsel, State Street’s Counsel, UniCredit’s Counsel, and Natixis’s Counsel by March 22, 2024. The Settlement Hearing is scheduled for April 19, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. See Questions 27 through 29 of the Notice.
APPEAR THROUGH AN ATTORNEY You may enter an appearance through your own counsel at your own expense. See question 29 of the Notice.
